All benefit eligible employees must pre-schedule a time to speak with a Benefit Counselor to elect or waive coverage. During your appointment, the Benefit Counselors will assist with the following services:
Schedule an appointment and a Benefit Counselor will call you at your scheduled time. The call will originate from a 205 or 850 area code.
Be prepared to make benefit decisions during your 30-minute session. Have the dates of birth and social security numbers for all eligible dependents readily available, even if you are not sure you will add them.
Appointment times are limited. Book your appointment early to ensure that you have the opportunity to speak with a Benefit Counselor at the date and time of your convenience.
