Call Center Benefit Counselors will provide the following services during your telephonic enrollment session:
- Provide core benefits education on your medical plan
- Assist you with making your benefit elections through the online enrollment system
- Help you understand your benefit options
- Educate on the new Voluntary Benefits
- Complete Enrollment
It is administratively necessary that all employees actively participate in the 2017 enrollment period in order to have benefits coverage in 2018.
Benefits Counselors will provide information to any interested benefit eligible employees regarding the Voluntary Benefit programs that include:
Accident Insurance
Whole Life Insurance
Critical Illness Insurance
Legal Insurance
