If you are currently enrolled in Flexible Benefits and do not wish to make any changes, your benefits will continue for the 2021 plan year.

If you and/or your eligible dependent are currently enrolled in a Medicare sponsored healthcare plan, benefit will continue for the 2021 plan year.
