Open Enrollment is June 2-13, 2025

Call Center Benefits Counselors will be available to all staff to assist with the following services during your appointment:

  • Help you understand your benefit options
  • Review existing demographic data and current enrollment information
  • Assist you with making your benefit elections and/or waivers

It is MANDATORY for all BENEFIT ELIGIBLE employees to make an appointment to speak with a Call Center Benefits Counselor to record their benefit elections or provide a record of declining.

Call Center Appointments

Schedule an appointment and a Call Center Benefits Counselor will call you at your scheduled time. The call will originate from area code 205 or 850.

Be Prepared

Be prepared to make benefit decisions during your 30-minute session. Bring the dates of birth and social security numbers for all eligible dependents even if you are not sure you will add them.

Limited Appointments

Appointment times are limited. Book your appointment early to ensure that you have the opportunity to speak with a Call Center Benefits Counselor at the date and time of your convenience.
