During your appointment, the Benefits Counselor will:
- Provide benefits education including details about the following programs offered by Gulliver Schools:
- Navigate EPO medical/Rx plan and how it can help save you money.
- New PPO medical/Rx plan featuring copayments that will replace the HRA plan.
- Don't worry, if you have funds in your HRA your Counselor will explain how you can still spend down those balances, regardless of which plan you choose to enroll in for 2018/19!
- New pharmacy program through OptumRx and how to access your new pharmacy benefits.
- New life and disability coverage offered through UnitedHealthcare and how you can take advantage this one time only to purchase voluntary life and short-term disability insurance with no medical questions asked!
- New voluntary critical illness, accident and hospital indemnity programs offered through VOYA.
- Help you understand how to utilize your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and save money on medical expenses with supplemental benefits
- Explain how you can receive free money by completing your Wellness Initiatives.
- And More! (including dental, vision, and other great benefits)
To complete your benefits enrollment and to receive a printed acknowledgement form, all full-time benefit eligible employees must meet with a Benefits Counselor.
This Enrollment is also your only opportunity to enroll in voluntary benefits to help off-set out of pocket medical expenses. All Benefits are payroll deducted and portable. Benefits Counselors will provide information to any interested benefit eligible employees regarding the Voluntary Benefit programs that include:
Accident Insurance
Critical Illness Insurance
Hospital Indemnity Insurance
Universal Life Insurance that includes a Long Term Care Rider
