Benefit Counselors can assist employees with their core benefits enrollment, adding or dropping dependents, adding voluntary benefits or adjusting contribution amounts to their Medical Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, or Health Savings Accounts.

If you currently have dependents enrolled in the medical, dental, and/or vision plans, it is mandatory that you bring in the verification documents and Social Security numbers for each dependent even if the dependent was previously covered and documentation was previously provided.
