Open Enrollment will be October 7 - November 8, 2013.
During Open Enrollment, dependent verification will be required on all newly added dependents. Employees may bring the documentation to the Enrollment Counselor to verify their relationship to dependent(s) that were not covered during the 2013 plan year. Documents will be reviewed and returned at the time of the enrollment session.
