DeKalb County is offering benefit eligible employees a new opportunity to enroll for a unique combined protection of Universal Life with Accelerated Death Benefit for Chronic Condition and Extension of Benefits Rider through Transamerica.

Access 4% of the policy value each month for up to 50 months
Receive up to twice the policy’s face amount, plus 25% as a paid-up policy

Schedule an appointment to meet with an onsite or Call Center Benefit Counselor today. If you make an appointment with a Call Center Benefit Counselor they will call you at your scheduled appointment time (the call will originate from area code 205 or 850).

Be Prepared

Be prepared to make benefit decisions during your 30 minute session. Bring the dates of birth and social security numbers for all eligible dependents even if you are not sure you will add them.
