Benefit Counselors are ready to assist you with plan selection and enrollment. Appointments through the Enrollment Call Center are available now! During your appointment, the counselors will:

Explain your benefit options
Answer your questions
Review your selections and complete your enrollment

If you prefer to meet in person, check with your entity or location on the day and time Benefit Counselors will be onsite. Appointments are not needed for in-person meetings!

Be Prepared

If you are currently enrolled or planning to enroll in Short Term Disability, you will need your current salary information. DOB and SSN will be needed in order to add newly eligible dependents.
