Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools 2026 Benefits Enrollment

Counselor assisted enrollments is October 13 - 31, 2025.

To enroll in the State Health Plan, the SHP portal can be accessed through Employee Self-Service (State Health Plan tab). If you need assistance, please contact the State Health Plan at 855-859-0966.

For all other non-medical plans such as Dental, Vision, Life, and Flexible Spending Account, you may enroll via Employee Self-Service (Benefit Enrollment tab). If you have question or would like to enroll in the Trustmark STD or Universal Life with Long-term Care, please click below to schedule an appointment before 10/31/2025.

Note: The CMS General Service Center cannot assist you with completing your enrollments in either the State Medical or the Non-Medical benefits.
